
As the warm weather starts coming along so do the amazing outdoor workouts the city of Chicago has to offer. These free workout sessions will be held from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the Great Lawn of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park, Saturday mornings from June 9 through September 1.
These free all level workouts will begin with Tai Chi at 7 a.m., Yoga at 8 a.m., Pilates at 9 a.m. and Zumba®, a Latin-inspired calorie-burning dance fitness party, beginning at 10 a.m. All workouts are 45 minutes long. Yoga and Pilates classes will be accompanied by live music.

June 9 – 30
7 a.m. – Tai Chi: Stirling Tai Chi
8 a.m. – Yoga: Chicago Park District

10 a.m. – Zumba: TEAMiFIT
