Meditation on Peace

This Meditation technique can be very useful when you feel everything around you is in chaos. It will help you slow down your mind and show you peace is achievable whenever you need it.

Meditation begins:
1- Sit quietly and relax your breath.
2- Take gentle, deep, slow breaths as we learned in the meditation technique we’ve done before.
3- Once comfortable with your breath, imagine how you will feel when you are completely at peace.
4- Now imagine how life will be when you are content with your current environment.
5- Think about how you will breathe, how you will feel, how you will walk, how you will talk, how you will look at life. Imagine the smile you will carry with you all day. Close your eyes and let those images sink into your thoughts… Just breathe and let your mind flow in and out of those thoughts.
6- At the end… ask yourself… “Why can’t I breathe, walk, talk, feel and smile like that now?” If you can imagine it, you can achieve it.

Through this Meditation Technique you will realize that peace is within you. You can always look inside of you and find your peaceful self.

    Meditating really those relaxes me… the feeling of being alone in a peaceful place where no one can find you… Peace and being still.

    It changes my outlook in life thanks to this articles.
