Tiffany received her training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
She also has over 15 years of coaching athletics and dance as well as personal fitness training.
By drawing on this knowledge, she helps create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits unique bodies, lifestyles, preferences, and goals. Her education and personal experience has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.
Tiffany practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of life are connected. For example, Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
