As the weather warms up and we lace up our gym shoes to explore the outdoors, you can find a little motivation by training for races in the area.
Events from walks to half marathons are coming to a neighborhood near you. Sign up for one or two in order to kick start the outdoor running season. Some of the races are for a cause, so you will be doing something good for yourself and the community.
