Serves 3
Peaches: 4 units
Sugar: 3 Oz.
Juice of 1 lemon
Berries of your choice: 1 1/2 cup
Walnuts: To taste

Cut the peaches into medium sized pieces and put them in a saucepan with the sugar and the lemon juice. Let it sit for about 4-5 hours or until the peaches release its juice.

Put the saucepan to boil and cook for about 6 minutes or until peaches are tender. Let the peaches cool. Spoon peaches from the saucepan with slotted spoon (leaving the juice in the pan) and place them in a bowl.
Cut the berries into pieces. Cook the berries in the juice from the peaches (same pan) for 5 minutes. Let it cool down a little.

Place the peaches into cups, add the berries and sauce on top. Sprinkle with a couple of chopped walnuts. Best to be eaten warm. This easy vegan recipe is a perfect summertime treat.
