If you are thinking of going vegan, have been contemplating it for a while or just couldn’t possibly imagine how to do it, the “21 Day Kick Start” program gives you three weeks of recipes, menu plans and celebrity tips for the potentially awkward social scenarios like dinner with the boss or your meat-eating friends and co-workers.

The recipes are really good and even if you have already adopted a plant based diet, it may be a way to support a friend to get involved. Over 30,000 people have already registered, hopefully Chicago can add to that number.
